Selling a home can be emotional and overwhelming, but Sherry made the entire experience feel so much easier. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. My specific sale of my house was a bit more difficult beacause the buyer was using the VA for their loan. Meredith and Nancy were right on top of every aspect and saved me a ton of headaches. I would highly recomend.

I cannot even begin to describe the ways Kim went above and beyond for us but I will try. The first deal fell through on closing day. Kim jumped in, took charge and got us another buyer lined up immediately. She walked us through the process of getting out of the first contract, into another one and on to closing like this happens every day. FHA appraisals are certainly hard to get through and understand but again, Kim came in like the pro she is to offer suggestions and help to us. Even while on vacation, she helped with issues, next steps and timelines to keep my anxiety at bay - which is no easy feat. Kim is kind and friendly and firm when necessary. I’m sure there are other great realtors in the area but honestly, I cannot imagine one any better for us.

Nancy covers it all! She’s a great person who takes the time to know you and what you’re looking for, never makes you feel rushed. If there’s a situation she’s unfamiliar with, she’s honest about it and gets an answer! And very accommodating with me living in Texas buying in Ohio! Especially when I’d forget about the hour time difference! I can’t say enough about her, we got along great and I enjoyed the stressful process of buying from 1500 miles away with her help and guidance. I couldn’t have done it without her!
